Alpine Coaster – the fast-paced pleasure for young and old

Alpine Coaster – the fast-paced pleasure for young and old Once again, I want to take you on my journey of memory through last summer. It was a beautiful morning in the Montafon mountains. It had rained during the night and the air was pleasantly fresh. On this day we made an excursion to the active mountain Golm. There the children wanted to try out the Alpine Coaster for the first time. They are finally old enough ?. With the Golmerbahn we went from Vandans up to the middle station Mattschwitz, because first we wanted to try the forest slide park. The view was fantastic and off we went. The hiking trail leads directly from slide to slide, in each case a stainless-steel tube with a diameter of 80 cm in different lengths. We all enjoyed the slide so much that we did not even notice how fast we arrived in Latschau. There the blue water of the reservoir welcomed us glittering in the sun. It was almost inviting to take a walk around the reservoir and to climb in the forest rope park or to “fly” over the lake with the Flying Fox. But no chance. The children were excited and impatient. They were looking forward to the speedy ride on the Alpine Coaster: get on, fasten your seat belt and off you go. Exciting jumps, a spectacular roundabout and wild 180° hairpin bends provided variety. The wind whistled around our ears. My daughter, who was sitting on the sled in front of me, screamed with joy. Faster Mama, faster! After about 8 minutes we arrived back in the valley. Our eyes were watering with laughter. At the valley station we could buy a souvenir photo. And according to the motto: Once is no time, we went of course for one more round ?
