Today we took part with the family in the adventure hike in Gargellen, which can be booked via the BergePlus programme. The hike starts at the valley station in Gargellen and is about 4-5 km long and leads up to 1820 m altitude. On the way you hike through the forest and through the Vergaldatal valley, here we saw marmots. Almost at the end of the trail, the cows are already waiting for us at the Alpe Vergalden. We also took a break. The owner Daniel told us about the products made there, such as sura kees, bacon, butter and buttermilk. You can also buy the products and taste them on the way back. We enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend it to families with children aged 10 and over who are a bit sporty. The Berge PLUS programme is very varied and full of experiences.
